We are currently expanding our team and seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant In-Charge of Conversion to join our dynamic team in Multan City.
Job Description:
We are looking for an Assistant In-Charge of Conversion with a strong background in engineering and a proven track record in operational efficiency and waste reduction. The successful candidate will be instrumental in overseeing our conversion processes, ensuring the effectiveness of preventive maintenance, and minimizing downtime in our setup.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the conversion processes to optimize efficiency and quality.
Implement and oversee preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
Develop strategies for waste reduction and incorporate lean management principles to enhance operational effectiveness.
Work closely with the production and maintenance teams to troubleshoot and solve technical issues.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and make adjustments to processes as necessary.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and industry regulatory standards.
Requirements:
8-10 years of proven experience in a similar role within the food processing or manufacturing sector.
Diploma in Associate Engineering (DAE) in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or Mechatronics.
Strong understanding of waste reduction techniques and lean management principles.
Demonstrated ability to conduct and oversee preventive maintenance routines.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments.
Must be based in or willing to relocate to Multan City.
