Job Summary:

IT Support Engineer plays a crucial role in maintaining the technological infrastructure of the organization by providing technical assistance, troubleshooting, and support to end-users, ensuring the efficient operation of computer systems, software, networks, biometric attendance devices & CCTV operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. End-User Support: Respond to and resolve technical issues for users through various channels.
2. Hardware and Software Maintenance: Install, upgrade, and maintain computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
3. Network Support: Assist with network setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
4. Documentation: Maintain records and create user guides and IT documentation.
5. Remote Support: Provide technical assistance to remote employees.
